Society Website

Any comments or criticisms regarding Ramsgate in general

Society Website

The website is very difficult and confusing to navigate. It might need a sat nav rather than a map.
Also, to my surprise no mention of Augustus Northmore Pugin in your Ramsgate Story from year dot to the present day. Are you aware what an influence he was on the history of Architecture and Design ?

Sorry for the late response. I have recently joined the Ramsgate Society and I agree with your comments. Over the next few months, I'd like to think that the navigation and other areas will be improved. I have a number of ideas on how to improve both the navigation and also the content.

Watch this space !! ;)

I agree! It would also be nice if responses to posts are automatically emailed to you. I don't have much time to keep checking.

Saying that, it still is a very good website and very informative!

Effingham St :- You can !

At the botom of the screen, when you scroll down, you'll find a subscribe link. Click this to automatically email you when someone posts a message on the forum or the topic.

There are two ways :-

Subscribe Forum :- Will email you if there are any changes to the whole section (in this case General Issues)

See the screenshots below !

Hope this helps
