People's Emergency Brifing

The People’s Emergency Briefing is a 50-minute film based on the National Emergency Briefing, held in Westminster in November 2025. At that event, leading scientists and experts presented the latest evidence on the climate and nature crisis to politicians and other national figures. The film combines their evidence with an introduction from Chris Packham, plus reactions from members of the public and some familiar faces, including Jennifer Saunders and Deborah Meaden.



After each screening there’ll be an open discussion on what it means for Ramsgate. In smaller groups. we will explore the implications for fuel poverty, food security, summer heatwaves and health.
